At May Park our highly experienced teachers and staff are committed to providing a nurturing environment so that all of our children succeed. By offering an inspiring curriculum, we expect our children to think differently: taking risks with their learning, embracing uncertainty, problem solving, making connections and playing with possibilities.
The school has a great deal to offer its community on top of its positive and safe learning environment. Modern, purpose-built buildings and our extensive outdoor space enables our children unique opportunities to use their creative minds as they explore the woods, Savannah, field and multi-use games area.
Everyone is involved in school improvement at May Park. A major focus for the school is sustainability, ensuring our pupils are globally aware and responsible citizens. The pupil-led Eco Committee are dedicated to driving important changes within the school and at home. Our active parent body host regular events in support, leading by example.
As part of Excalibur Academies Trust we will benefit from the shared expertise of our primary and secondary colleagues in order to further accelerate our progress. In particular the focus on getting our children ‘secondary ready’ to ensure a smooth transition to the next stage of their education.
