We are committed to the Mental Health and Wellbeing of all of our school community. We are currently working towards being accredited with the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools Award.
Self-Care
Self-care is all about what you can do to help yourself feel better or to keep yourself feeling good. Thee are lots of different ways you can try to self-care: Dancing, spending time with friends, playing sports - anything that makes you feel good!
