May Park Online Payments
We are introducing a new 'app based' way to communicate with parents and to make online payments. It is called ‘MyChild at School (MCAS)’ It works with our in school systems and will allow you to receive live updates and information about your child’s attendance and achievements, as well as letters, reports, signing up for clubs and much more. We will introduce MCAS gradually across the different year groups and we will send home instructions with your child on how to set up the system and to use it. In the coming months, we will be phasing out our systems, such as ParentPay and Class Dojo, with the aim of everything being accessible through MCAS.
One of the first payment items we will move across is Supernovas, our after school wrap around provision. You will be able to pay and book your session within MCAS without the need to contact the office. From 18th February, Supernovas will no longer be active on ParentPay. This is so we can transfer any balances across to the new system. Supernovas will become live on MCAS from 19th February 2022. If you use Supernovas and you have not yet received an email inviting you to set up your account, or you have any questions please contact a member of the Admin Team.

Parent Pay
ParentPay online payments for schools is the unique web service that lets parents make secure online payments by credit and debit card to school. Payments can be made for meals, clubs, wraparound care (Breakfast Club & Supernovas), visits etc, along with being able to complete digital consent forms.
The online payment system gives you a more convenient and flexible way to pay May Park Primary online and helps to keep your child safe. By making cashless payments you know that your money has reached the school safely. You can view your account statement and payment history, check when payments need to be made and set alerts to tell you when to pay the school online.
We will continue to use Parentpay for the next few months while we gradually roll out the new payment system MCAS
